Workout in the AM?  Here’s a Pre-Workout Breakfast, made at Next Jump:

MEAL: Oatmeal with almonds, sliced strawberries, mix in milk – microwave!
NUTRITION BOOST: Oatmeal is a whole-grain carbohydrate, rich in B vitamins, which help convert proteins and sugars into energy. Add milk for a touch of protein and calcium to boost the workout.
