CALCIUM.  Did you know blood vessels and muscles need it to function?  It also keeps teeth and bones strong.  Adults in their 20s and 30s need at least 1000mg per day.  To get this, have 1 cup milk (300mg), 1 cup yogurt (300mg), half cup tofu (260mg) and 2 tablespoons cream cheese (200mg).
